Your reservation must be cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty.
CANCELLATION PENALTY POLICY
In case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 6 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
By making a reservation with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accommodation provider that may apply to your reservation or during your stay.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
By confirming of your reservation, your request will be processed and you will receive your confirmation by email.
In case the reservation is cancelled in written form up to 21 days, the deposit will be refunded within 15 calendar days.

TRANSACTION SECURITY
Entering the required data in Reservations – Pay online section of our web pagehttp://www.miraresort.com/bookonline.php and by clicking on ‘Submit’ button your will be redirected to the platform of Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank, a safe payment transaction system secured by CARDLINK.
By entering your credit card details and thereafter by proceeding with the payment, an ordered amount will be preauthorized and will be only charged after completion of the process indicated hereunder.
All payments made using the card are processed through electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption of protocol encryption 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit of 30% of the total amount, payable within 7 calendar days, is required to guarantee your reservation. Written confirmation of a receipt of the deposit will be sent to your email address, completing the booking procedure. The remaining amount is payable upon departure.
All credit, debit, and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
